- 400 gram beef steak
- 1 egg
- 15 gr sunflower oil
- 5 gr salt
- 20 gr tomato paste
- 20 gr water
- 20 gr cane sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1tsp corn starch
Slice the meat and beat till you achive thin slices with a wooden hammer.
Mix the salt, half of the corn starch and egg throughly and add the meat to egg mixture and combine very well. Marinate it for 20 minutes.
Put the oil in to a frying pan and fry the meat and put them in to a plate. Add the water tomato paste , sugar and salt in to the pan you have fried the meat in. Mix the remaining starch with a little bit of water and add this in simmer few minutes until thickened. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve.
