- 2.5cm (1/2 inch) piece fresh root ginger
- 1 spring onion
- 1 green chilli, deseeded
- 75ml (3 fl oz) grapeseed oil
- 10ml (2 tsp) thin honey
- 15ml (1 tbsp) white wine or cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
Peel and finely chop the ginger.
Finely chop the spring onion and chilli.
Whisk together the oil, honey and vinegar until evenly blended. Add the chopped ginger, spring onion and chilli.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
