• 300 g (10 oz) carton Jull-fat soft cheese with garlic and parsley
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped parsley
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped chives
  • salt and pepper
  • chives, to garnish
  • crudites, to serve

In a small bowl, beat the soft cheese with the mayonnaise, parsley and chives until evenly mixed. Season to taste.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chives. Serve with a colourful selection of crudites.
