Ragi Chocolate muffin is made with Ragi Flour, Wheat Flour, Jaggery Powder, Cocoa Powder. In simple, Muffin means the baked product. Ragi is a rich source of fibre and high in protein and mineral compare to other millets. It is used to weight control, heart wellness, diabetics, cooling the body etc.,

  • Line the Muffin tray or Glass bowl or Steel bowl with butter and Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes with 180-degree celsius
  • In a bowl, Strain the Wheat flour, Ragi Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Himalayan salt, Cocoa powder and keep these raw ingredients aside
  • In a Mixie jar, take jaggery powder, oil, vanilla essence, butter, Milk. Blend these into a fine paste. (Note: Jaggery powder to be dissolved fully)
  • Add the jaggery ingredients to the dry ingredients and give a quick stir
  • Fill the batter into each Muffin tray or Glass bowl up to 3/4 of its capacity and top the muffin with choco-chip or almond flakes (optional)
  • Bake these in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180-degree celsius
  • Let them cool completely and serve the Ragi chocolate Muffin to your loved ones
