 Was Hardly Any Day Skipped Fast Food. But That Don’t Mean 

I Can’t Eat Fast Food Once In Week. Hell I Can! When I Made there

Yummy ‘Egg Chicken Roll’ Last of  Last Week There Was Simply No

Attractive To My Happiness.

           I Fount The Taste Exactly like Those Shop’s Ones What I Used 

To Eat During College days. If You Are Also A Fast Food Loving Person

Then Treat Yourself With one Or Two of These ! Look At These Rolls…

How Impressible The Looking Are…

Chicken Egg Roll Ingredients

  • 10-15 Medium Cubes of Boneless Chicken Thighs (2 Roll )
  • 1 Big Onions, Thinly Sliced.
  • 1 Small Capsicum, Thinly Sliced.
  • 2 Tsp of  Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp of Red Chili powder
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Or Garlic Paste
  • 3 Tsp of  Tandoori Spices 
  • 2 Tsp of Black pepper Powder.
  • ¼ Cop of Oil
  • For Roti ( 1.5 Cups of Flour, Pinch of Salt, 2 tsp of Oil, Warm Water is Required )
  • For Assembling  Half Cup of Sliced Cucumber, 4 Tsp of ketchup, 4 tsp of Chilli Sauce, ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Of Lemon juice.
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Green Chilli, Finely Chopped. 
  • Salt
  • 3 A rectangular piece of Paper.
  • 1 tsp of Chat Masala 
  • 2 Tsp of Lemon Juice

              How to Make egg roll / Frankie

Step 1

          Marinate The Chicken Cubes With Yogurt, Salt, Tandoori 

Spices, Red Chili Powder And Ginger – Garlic Paste For

An Hour.

Step 2

In The Mean time, Take Flour, Salt, Oil And Warm water In A

Mixing Bowl. Mix Well And Make A Smooth, Soft dough. Knead 

The Dough 2 – 3 Minutes.

Step 3

Apply Some Oil All Over The Surface of The Dough And Cover it 

For 20 Minutes.

Step 4

In A Bowl, Half Of The Onions Slice, Chat Masala, Chopped Green

Chilli And  2 Tsp of Lemon juice. Mix Well And keep Aside 

For 20 Minutes.

Step 5

Heat 2-3 Tsp of Oil in a pan. Add the Marinated Chicken Piece Into Hot Oil.

For Then On High Flame for 3-4 Minutes.

Step 6 

Then Add The Reaming Sliced Onions And Capsicum Slice. Mix And Cook 

For 2 Minutes An Medium
Temperature Then Turn Of The Heat.

Step 7

Beat Egg With Salt And Paper in Bowl And

Keep Aside For Latter Use.

Step 8 

Now Start Making 3 Lemon Size Balls Out

Of The Dough.

Step 9 

With The Help Of Some Dry Flour And Flatten One Ball to A Medium Thin Size.

                    Then Heat A Tawa/ Pan

Step 10

Place One Disk On Heat Pan And Cook For Minutes Then Flip it To 

The Other Side.

Step 11

After 40 Seconds Of Cooking, Resume it From The Tawa Or Pan. 

Keep Those Half done Roti Covered Aside.

Step 12 

Heat 1 tsp of Oil in The Same Pan / Tawa

Step 13

Add The Beaten Egg, After Few Seconds place one Uncooked 

Roti Over The Eggs.

Step 14

Add Another 1 Tsp of oil, Spread The Oil All Over The Roti 

And Flip it To The Other Side.

Step 15

 Fry For 1-2 Minutes Then Roll Well it From The Pan or Tawa.

Do the Same With Rest of Roti.

Step 16

Place The Roti An plate, Assemble Some Of The Cooked Chicken,

Some Pickles ( Marinated In Lemon Juice )

Onions Slice, Cucumber Slice , pinch of Black pepper Powder, Few

Drops of Lemon Juice, A Tsp of Chili Sauce And Another Tsp  

Tomato Ketchup.

Step 17

Roll The Roti With The Filling Tightly 

Step 18

Secure And Side of  The Roll By A Paper The Serve 

              Your Egg Chicken  Roll Is Ready Enjoy Then  With Sauce.

                               With Coke Or Beer…
