Job Title: Project Leader: Healthcare EdTech (Maternity Cover)
Contract: Fixed-term, 6 months (October 2025 – April 2026)
Location: Remote (South Africa-based candidates preferred)

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and proactive Project Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract as maternity cover. This is a hands-on role, ideally suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by meaningful work.
You will step in to lead and deliver a number of key projects during this period, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver key projects within defined timelines, from planning through to launch
- Coordinate across teams (content, marketing, operations, partners) to ensure all milestones are met
- Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Maintain and optimise project documentation and processes
- Provide regular updates and clear communication to senior leadership
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management or operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills used to working with different cultures and levels of seniority with confidence and calm
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools (Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
- Experience in online education and or healthcare is advantageous but not essential
