- 1 Tsp Ginger/ Garlic Paste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- The ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
- And ½ tsp Amchur Powder
- ½ Chaat Masala
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Mint/ Pudina Chopped
- 2tbsp Corrinder Chopped
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- Onions, Bell Papers, Pickles
- Sauce: Mayo/ Mustard Or Red Chilli
- Oil For Frying
How Make Frankie(Kathi Roll)
Frankie Recipes step:1
potato(aloo) Make Sure to Pressure Cooker For 4-5 Whistle And Drains of the Water. Then Wait for it to Cool.
And Add 1 chilli, 1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder and ½ tsp Chilli Powder.

Also Add ½ tsp Cumin Powder, ½ tsp Aamchur, ½ tsp Chat Masala And ½ tsp Salt
Further Add 2 tsp Mint And 2 tbsp coriander

Top the Tikkis with Mayo Sauce Putt Onions/ Bell papers/ pickles and then Over It Mustard or Red Chili sauce
Sprinkle some Oregano and chili Flacks.
