As a Party Staters.

       Frankie( Kathi roll ) Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes(aloos) Boiled and Grated
  • 1 Chilli Finally Chops
  • 1 Tsp Ginger/ Garlic Paste
  • ¼  tsp Turmeric Powder
  • The ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • And ½ tsp Amchur Powder
  • ½ Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Mint/ Pudina Chopped
  • 2tbsp Corrinder Chopped
  • 2 tbsp  Cornflour
  • Onions, Bell Papers, Pickles
  • Sauce: Mayo/ Mustard Or Red Chilli
  • Oil For Frying
How Make Frankie(Kathi Roll)
Frankie Recipes step:1

potato(aloo) Make Sure to Pressure Cooker For 4-5 Whistle And Drains of the Water. Then Wait for it to Cool.

And Add 1 chilli, 1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, ¼ tsp Turmeric  Powder and ½ tsp Chilli Powder.

Frankie Recipes Step:2

Also Add ½ tsp Cumin Powder, ½ tsp Aamchur, ½ tsp Chat Masala And ½ tsp Salt

Further Add 2 tsp Mint And 2 tbsp coriander

Now add 2 tbsp Corn Four and Mix well Alternatively Use plain Flour as It helps to Absorb Moisture

the Mix Well fornning a soft Dough

Grease Hold With Oil And Prepare Ball sized Patty

Shallow fry In hot oil. You can Alternatively Roast on deep fry.

Roast on Flour Flame Until it Turn Golden brown

Fill Over and cook on both Sides

Take Medium size Bolls from the Dough And Roll to Thin Chapati

Place Tava/ Griddle Inverted on the stove Top. And you can also Cook the Rotis the Way you Cook then regularly  on A Tava

Gently  placed the Rolled Thin chapati on The Hot Tava  and After apply oil if U Want cover  and Keep aside

In A Plate,  place one Roti. Place to patty’s In the Center of The Roti.

Top the Tikkis with Mayo Sauce Putt Onions/ Bell papers/ pickles  and then Over It Mustard or Red Chili sauce

Sprinkle some Oregano and chili Flacks.

Bring Together Both Of The Side Roti and Secure with a Toothpick.

Finally Enjoy Your Potato Patty Frankie.
