Ingredients For Make Frankie/ Wrap/Roll

  • Meat: 250 Grams (Chicken Boneless )
  • Produce : 1 Onions = 1 pic (Big Onions)

  • Refrigerated: 1 Egg Single Pic
  • Condiments :

1 tsp Garlic Paste

   1 tsp Garlic

Baking Or Spices  :  ½ Tsp Hot Spices

                               1 Tsp Red Chili Powder

                                1 Salt

                                 ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder

  • Oil And Vinegar : 3 Tbsp. Edible Oil
  • Nut And Seeds: ½ tsp Cumin
  • Other : Chat Masala ½ Teaspoon

             Maida : All Purpose oil 2.5 Cups

Start to Make Your Chicken Tikka Frankie(Chicken Kathi Roll)

Step 1

First Of All For Dough, Take A Bowl And Mix

Salt and 1 Teaspoon Oil to The All Purpose Flour.

Make the Dough Make Small Thin Flatbread

And Cook Slightly on pan.

Step 2

And After Cut Slice, The Onions And Add Vinegar to it. Keep it aside Heat 2 Tablespoon Oil in A

Pan And Add Onion in it. Add to The Ginger And Garlic Paste to It. Now add Tomato puree And

Cook to 10 Minutes.

Mix It Well and Also Add The Boneless

Chicken to it. Add To Hot Spices, Chat spices, Salt to It, And Mix It Well.

Add 1 Cup of Water to it And Cook Until

The Chicken is Tender And Oil starts to Flouter.

And Chopped fresh Coriander leaves to It And Keep Aside.

Step 5

For Final Wrapping and Stuffing, Take a Small

Fry Pan. Add ½ Teaspoon Oil And Put the Half

Cook Flatbread (Roti). Fry An One Side And Change the Side. Until The Other Side Get Cooked, Take a Whisked On The Upperside.

Turn The Side And Cooked The Egged Side for

½ Minutes.

Step 6

After Add the Chicken Mixture To the Egged Side And Sprinkle Slide And Vinagered Onions.

Take a Pinch of The Chat Spices And Over The Onions.

Step 7

Wrap/Roll The Flatbread ( Roti) And Cook for 1
