Ingredients Of Pav Bhaji :-(one portion)
- 1/4 cup spinach purée ( blanched and grind )
- pepper finely shredded 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup onion finely shredded
- inexperienced peas (boiled n mashed) 1/4 cup
- 1 little potato (boiled n mashed)
- 1 little tomato (boiled n mashed)
- 2 tbsp inexperienced hot pepper paste (according to taste)
- 1 tbsp curry leaves paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste (according to taste)
- 1tbsp oil
- Salt to style
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp juice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp butter
- Coriander for garnishing
Method of Pav Bhaji
- take a pan heat oil
- add inexperienced chill, curry leaves, garlic paste, sauté for few seconds
- add onion, pepper and salt
- sauté until it’s softened
- add tomato, potato, inexperienced peas and alternative spices, combine well (use smasher if needed to swish it)
Garnish it …
- Add butter whereas serving
- Tips:-
1)Measurements vary in keeping with the style
2) you’ll add any inexperienced vegetables if u wish
